Returns and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that have not been requested in advance will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
